Terms of Use
Simple terms for
a simple product.
We're a small indie team. These terms are written in plain English because legal jargon helps nobody.

Payments & refunds
How money works
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. If you're not happy with Lazy Tasks, email stuart@riku.ai within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. After 14 days, all sales are final.
The app
What to expect
Lazy Tasks is provided “as is.” We do our best to keep it working well and ship regular updates, but we're a small team and can't guarantee it'll be perfect 100% of the time.
The app interacts with your terminal (Terminal.app and iTerm2) via AppleScript and requires Accessibility permissions to function fully. It reads terminal output and sends keystrokes only when you explicitly trigger actions — it never does anything in the background without your input.
Liability
The boring but necessary bit
Lazy Tasks is a productivity tool that launches commands in your terminal. We're not responsible for what those commands do — you're responsible for the agents you run and the actions they take. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app ($19).
Changes
Updates to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll update the date below. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated terms.
